One coordinated placement.
One consistent team.
Young people spend less time in acute need and more time moving forward.

Serenity Unregulated Support is commissioned for children and young people in acute need: those whose
complexity, risk level, or placement breakdown means standard provision isn't working.
Commissioners and social workers will recognise this as crisis-level provision. The difference is that
this support doesn't just contain the crisis, it actively works to end it through an integrated package of care,
education, mentoring, therapy and activities

Our Framework

Three principles. One coordinated placement.

One consistent teamOne daily structure One coordinated
placement
Young people stabilise faster
when the same faces are with them every day.
Familiar staff build the trust
that makes de-escalation
work and reduces risk sooner.
Predictability is therapeutic.
A young person who knows
what their day looks like is
less likely to be in crisis by
the end of it.
Fewer gaps means fewer
incidents.
When one provider holds
everything, nothing falls
through the gap between
handoffs.

Everything included.

Nothing to source separately

We bring everything into one coordinated placement.
Gaps between providers add cost, take time, and keep young people in acute need longer than necessary.
