The company retains specialised vehicles which have been thoughtfully chosen to ensure high levels of safety and comfort. We pride ourselves with a fleet of high-end cars which complies with security transport legislations. All our vehicles have comprehensive insurance covering the client, our employee and the vehicle. The vehicles are installed with unique GPS enhanced system, the latest security and locking systems, and most of the optional extras designed to ensure both the drivers and the clients are safe and comfortable. We ensure also all vehicles have breakdown insurance cover and tracking systems. We also provide on request children car seats, unisex clothing, refreshments, books, magazines and comfortable blankets all to ensure we cater for all circumstances.

We are very selective during the recruitment process; the majority of our employees have a lengthy background in security or social services welfare. With all staff DBS checked, we ensure a full understanding and experience of working with children and young people. All staff have photographic identification cards worn at all times with a choice of male or female officers available on request; a full reporting system is available as part of our service as we ensure our working partners are communicated all aspects of the service we provided. Serenity Welfare is one of the only companies in its field to have a dedicated staffed control room.
